After nearly 120 years in London, Wimbledon decided to move to Milton Keynes and, in 2004, became the MK Dons . Their support base in London did not follow and the original Wimbledon FC were resurrected as AFC Wimbledon
In over 150 years it looks like Forest have never actually played a game against AFC Wimbledon, so I don't have any stats here.
